Roasted Tuesdays, shipped the same week.

We roast once a week, on Tuesday, in Portland, Oregon. Orders placed by [Monday at noon Pacific] are roasted that Tuesday and ship [Tuesday or Wednesday]. Orders placed after the cutoff roast the following Tuesday. That means your coffee is never more than a few days off the roaster when it leaves us — and it also means we're not a two-day-anywhere warehouse. If you're running low, order by Monday.

Where we ship. Anywhere in the United States, and to Canada. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination (USPS or UPS). [Local-pickup line to add when the HQ address is public: "Portland folks: choose free pickup at checkout and collect it from us at [address] on [days/hours]."]

Passport deliveries are shipping-included; the price you see is the price you pay. They ship on the same Tuesday roast cadence, every week, every two weeks or every month depending on the cadence you chose.

Tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email the day your order ships. If a package shows as delivered and isn't there, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then write to us — we'll sort it out.

Canada. Duties and taxes, where they apply, are collected [at checkout / on delivery by the carrier — Matt: confirm Border Buddy setup].
