Short, because the coffee is the point. By ordering from lostfoundcoffee.com you agree to these terms.

Who we are. Lost & Found Coffee [legal entity name, e.g. Lost & Found Coffee LLC], Portland, Oregon. Contact: matt@lostfoundcoffee.com.

Orders. When you place an order we'll confirm it by email. We can decline or cancel an order if something's gone wrong with it — a pricing mistake, a payment that didn't clear, an address we can't ship to — and we'll tell you why and refund anything you've paid. Prices are in US dollars and can change; the price at the time you order is the one that stands.

The Passport (subscriptions). When you start a Passport you're setting up a recurring order at the cadence you choose, billed to your saved payment method each time a stamp ships. You can skip, pause, change cadence or grind, or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us — changes made before the Tuesday roast apply to that delivery. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund a stamp that has already shipped (see the Refund policy for how we handle those). Prepaid gift Passports run for the number of stamps purchased and then stop; they don't renew.

Our coffee, our words. Product photos, farmer stories, the label artwork and the writing on this site are ours or used with the permission of the people in them. You're welcome to share it; please don't sell it or pass it off as your own. Where a farmer's name, words or image appear, they appear with that farmer's consent.

Impact Fund. Twenty-five cents from every pound of coffee we sell goes into the Seed to Sip Impact Fund. This is part of how we price our coffee; it is not a donation and not tax-deductible, and buying from us doesn't make you a donor to anything. We report what the Fund did once a year.

Liability. We stand behind our coffee and our service (see the Refund policy). Beyond replacing or refunding what you bought, we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

Changes. We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with its date.
