Colombian Decaf

Grown by a group of local farmers in Colombia and decaffeinated with ethyl acetate made from fermented sugarcane — a natural process that leaves the coffee tasting like coffee. Washed, then roasted to a medium so the chocolate comes forward. The black label with the moon is the one you reach for after dinner.
