Martha's Honey

Martha Mendoza grows coffee in the mountains of Honduras, and taught her son Jocsan to do the same — his Natural sits next to this one on the shelf. Her honey process dries the beans with some of the fruit still on, and the sweetness it leaves behind is the whole point.
